How to Transfer Your Prescription
To transfer your prescriptions to Pharmtrue, please fill out the Wait-List form below. You will need the following information:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
This information will help us contact you immediately upon opening. We will then inquire about transferring in your prescriptions to our pharmacy and ensure minimal interruption in your healthcare.
What Happens Next? After you submit your wait-list request:
- Our pharmacy team will contact you to collect your current pharmacy and medication details as soon as we open our doors. Sometime in the summer of 2024 as soon as we get the building back up to par.
- We will notify you once the transfer is complete and your prescriptions are ready to pick up or be delivered.
- If there are any issues, we will reach out to you directly.
- Note: To best ensure a seamless transition, we recommend you stock up on your prescriptions with your current pharmacy before our Summer 2024 launch in either a 30 or 90 day supply. This will allow us the time to be able to process most major insurances. If not, no worries, we can absolutely bill your generics at a cash price lower than your regular copays. Brand name medications should stay at your current pharmacy until we are able to bill your insurance. *Compounded medications will not have the same problem as they are cash pay.
