You do not need to buy anything to enter or win. To enter without purchase, ask staff at Pharmtrue Valley for the current no-purchase entry method during the active drawing period.

Same entry limits

No-purchase entries receive the same entry limits as purchase-based entries available for the same drawing period. A purchase will not improve the entry limits available to you.

Eligibility

You must be legally eligible to participate and legally eligible to receive the specific item being claimed.
Valid government-issued identification may be required before any prize or item is released.
Cannabis or THC-related items require all applicable age, medical status, purchase-limit, POS tracking, tax, inventory, and compliance requirements.
Employees, vendors, contractors, and household members may be excluded where required by current posted rules or store policy.
Void where prohibited.

How Entry Works

Ask staff which Pharmtrue Prize Drawing is active and what the current entry limit is.
Use either the purchase-based entry method, if offered, or the no-purchase entry method.
Provide accurate contact information so Pharmtrue can contact you if selected.
Keep your receipt, entry slip, or entry confirmation until the drawing period closes.
Do not combine separate receipts, names, accounts, or entry slips unless current posted rules expressly allow it.
Duplicate, incomplete, altered, or suspicious entries may be rejected.

THC Product Redemption

THC products are never given away. Any THC item in a prize bundle or winner offer is completed as a compliant penny-sale retail transaction.

Compliance controls apply

ID checks, age or medical eligibility, purchase limits, POS tracking, applicable taxes, product availability, and cannabis compliance rules all apply before any THC item can be released.

Accessory And Non-THC Items

Accessories or non-THC items may be awarded separately from THC products, subject to eligibility, inventory availability, store policy, and current posted rules.

Winner Selection And Claiming

Winners are selected according to the current posted drawing schedule.
Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winners must respond within the claim window stated in the current posted rules or store communication.
If a selected winner is unreachable, ineligible, noncompliant, or unable to claim within the stated window, Pharmtrue may select an alternate winner.
Winner photos, names, or social posts are optional and require consent.

No Cash Value And Availability

Prizes and winner offers have no cash value, are nontransferable, and may be changed, substituted, withheld, or declined if needed for compliance, inventory, safety, operational, or legal reasons.

Privacy And Marketing Consent

Entry information is used to run the drawing and to call you if you win. Email signup is separate from drawing entry and is never required to enter or win.
